The DCA offers a limited array of fee-based digitization services on a time-available basis for faculty, staff, and administrators.
Services include:
- Scanning: books, papers, maps, and images up to 17x23 inches; slides and transparencies in sizes up to 8.5x14
- OCR and text capture
- PDF creation
While the DCA is happy to accommodate these requests when possible, we can only do so based on the availability of our equipment and staff to perform the work. Please contact the DCA to discuss your needs and to determine costs. If we can't help you, we will do our best to send you to someone who can.
For larger digitization projects, the DCA provides consulting services on content creation, metadata, and management. Please contact us for more information.
