Per the donor agreement for the Edward R. Murrow Papers, Tufts Archival Research Center may not grant “any publication rights of any of such materials (other than the right to quote short excerpts therefrom in scholarly works).” TARC will, however, forward requests for permission to publish, broadcast, or quote to the parties representing the Murrow estate. In some cases, copyright may be held by parties other than the Murrow estate. It is the responsibility of the researcher to determine all rights.
