Digital Collections and Archives COVID-19 Updates

This page is intended to provide updates regarding DCA and access to our services and the collections under our stewardship.

Our Reading Room and public spaces remain closed to the public until further notice. 

As of June 2021 DCA staff are working onsite as part of a rotating schedule. While not onsite, staff continue to work remotely answering questions and research inquiries using digital resources and working on metadata, digital processing, planning, and other projects. 

We will do our best to respond to research questions and digitization requests, prioritizing requests from the Tufts community including students, faculty, and staff. We will also do our best to respond to requests from all researchers. We cannot commit to specific turnaround times for research or digitization requests, unfortunately, but will respond to the best of our abilities. We are also unable to accept most donations of physical material until further notice. Please visit our Donate Collections page for further information on donating material.
