This page is intended to provide updates regarding DCA and access to our services and the collections under our stewardship.

As of September 2020, for the health and safety of our staff and researchers, our reading room will be closed until at least January 2021. 

As of September 2020 DCA staff are working remotely answering questions and research inquiries using digital resources and working on metadata, digital processing, planning, and other projects.

Our public areas remain closed but we will do our best to respond to research questions and digitization requests, prioritizing requests from the Tufts community including students, faculty, and staff. We will also do our best to respond to requests from all researchers. We cannot commit to specific turnaround times for research or digitization requests, unfortunately, but will respond to the best of our abilities. We are also unable to accept most donations of physical material until further notice. Please visit our Donate Collections page for further information on donating material.
